GFP coupled with Clb2（N 124aa）

GFP coupled with Clb2（N 124aa）is composed of gal1(),Clb2（N 124aa）() and GFP() through Linker().The purpose is to characterize the periodic degradation function of Clb2（N 124aa） by the fluorescence generated from its expression when the gal1 is induced.


Usage and Biology

This part was used to validate a modified label for protein degradation in yeast.It has a basic reference function for the design of other degradation tags and is beneficial to the research of protein.
